Meanwhile… So Monday night I was planning on posting what happened over the weekend. Except that by the time I got home from tennis lessons and the gym, grabbed something to eat and caught up on my daily webpages, it was almost 11pm. By then, it was time to get into bed for some reading. I’m FORCING myself to finish this B. Franklin autobiography that I started last May. It was really good at first but now I’m super bored. But! I’m committed to finishing it. There’s about 20 other books lined up behind it to finish. Could someone hide the ink for about a year please? Thanks!

So I decided to do it Tuesday night. Except last night I got out of work a little late and had (still having) major MAJOR computer drama with my mac. grrrr (Posting at lunch from work now. shhh) Tonight I’m going to a symphony concert and probably won’t be home in time to fix the computer and post so that’s why I’m trying to sneak a little bit in here today.

I had a bunch that I wanted to say that, of course, now escapes me…

Hmm, let’s see. What else? I remember that I wanted to start recruiting people to help me figure out a way to slow the clocks down. I mean, with a team of people we’re bound to figure it out a lot quicker. There’s GOT to be a way to keep these days, weeks, months and years from just flying by. It’s amazing! I’ve tried all kinds of things…going home and just doing “nothing,” keeping busy, setting goals, taking the batteries (or shooting) all clocks within sight, etc. I even wrote a letter to Santa Claus. Here’s what he wrote back “Dear Joey: Life’s hard. Life’s funny. I don’t know, ask the Easter Bunny. Hohoho” (Senor Easter Bunny hasn’t responded back yet. Stay tuned…)

Ok what else? I was planning on taking off Thursday and Friday this week and just relaxing. (Did that a couple weeks ago and it ROCKED! It was like double-feature weekends.) Well, already I have to work at least 1/2 day Thursday so maybe next week I’ll do the double-weekend thing.

Ack! Can’t really think of much more and lunch is over. I definitely think my brian is more up for writing at night. Must be from being in “workmode” during the day. Anyway, one of my goals here was to get more writing experience and although I haven’t done this much so far, I definitely can feel a small shift in thinking when writing. So that’s kewl! I’m sure it’s still pretty boring reading but hang in there. 🙂 And just so you know, I’m already considering taking this off of blogger.com so that I can have a few features that aren’t available for free. We’ll see. Obviously, I’ll keep everyone posted.
