Awwww, poor Liza. It didn’t sound like it was going to be that good anyway. I need to remember to ask for a copy of this album. I haven’t got mine yet. Hello! BMG!

I’m soooo depressed that I missed this hockey game. My two favorite teams. *sigh* Add season tickets to the list of things I want when I get my fab new job.

Something I’ve always been interested in is my ancestry. For many years as an adult, I was confused as to which family name to trace. You see, my mother divorced and remarried when I was very young. I was adopted by this man and for many years I thought my name (that I still use) was my birth name. Obviously, I eventually learned the last name of the “other half” of my genetic makeup. I really would like to (or have someone else) trace my ancestors. I found this article today which discusses this site. I’ve always been told that I’m a lot Irish. I’m so completely drawn to most everything French though. Never could figure that out. Well as I was poking around the site, it appears that there’s some ancestry that came out of Provence with a slightly frenchified version of my biological father’s last name. Well, interesting to me. So there.
